I’d like to know if there is a list of commands I can run from an AIX client to get info on the BigFix version and status of the client running on the AIX client?
Have you reviewed the BESClient installation for AIX documentation? The standard start/stop/status commands should apply for AIX like the other NIX OS’es.
/etc/rc.d/rc2.d/SBESClientd start
What other commands are you looking for with respects to the BESClient?
