Description:
XML Inspectors do not yet exist on Mac, regardless of the fact the inspector exists for other OSes, and PLIST inspector (A type of XML) already exists. These would be very useful.

Use Case:
The ability to interrogate XML files natively on MacOS systems

Business Justification:
Allow for cross platform content without using the text inspectors
