BFLCM-I-341: Upgrade Zoom for macOS regardless of whether or not it is currently running

Zoom upgrades for macOS often fail at the following line:

continue if{not (exists process whose (name of it as lowercase = "zoom.us" as lowercase))}

Other deployments in the "Updates for Mac Applications" site such as Mozilla Firefox, or Zoom itself for Windows in the "Updates for Windows Applications" site, have an additional action to run the installation without the existing process check. We'd like to be able to do the same for Zoom on macOS.
