BFIVR - Validating Configuration with Tenable.SC

I’ve deployed BigFix Insights for Vulnerability Remediation on my BigFix Server but, when I try to start it I get this error: “Requests Library Error: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘172.16.120.53’, port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /rest/token (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, ‘[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1108)’)))”.

Someone is getting the same error?
I need help with this.

In your dataflowsconfig.xml file (where the IVR Service was deployed), is ‘verifycert’ set to ‘true’ for the TenableSC datasource? You may need to set verifycert=false in cases where you are specifying an IP or leveraging a self-signed certificate with your Tenable instance.
