BFI vs ILMT (9.2.20) SW Catalog Versions - How To Remove Old BFI Catalog and Replace with New ILMT Catalog?

Hi All,

Question on BFI vs ILMT catalogs. I have been instructed to migrate to ILMT and decom BFI. This task is mostly complete, but I think I might have not followed something correctly when disabling BFI.

As many of my computers have the BFI software catalog still (2638327.3) and it looks as if it is causing software discovery issues with my imported part numbers.

I my ILMT catalog is (1312517)

Is there a way to force the ILMT catalog down to the endpoints to replace the BFI version it? Or should I remove the ILMT scanner again…and reinstall said scanner?

(or should I just reach out to IBM on this one?)

There were changes introduced in ILMT catalog processing in ILMT v9.2.20 and specific actions may be required. Please contact IBM team.
