BFI Properties Question

Hello

I have some questions about some of the information I am seeing in BFI. For example what is “discovery start date” and “first used date” Some times I find the discovery start date is later than the first used date>

I would also like to understand the time frame is used for “total_runs” and “total_time” colums. Is it calculated from the the discovery start date or from the first times used values.

Perhaps there is a page or two that defines all of these values.
