BFI Last seen X BF Last report time

Hi all,

In BFI the Last seen field shows a very old date. But in the BigFix console the same computer in the Last Report Time field has the actual date. Is it a problem in the BFI tool?

Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

Can you check when was the last initiate software scan was successful.
This basically occur when initiate software scan is failing or was not run on this machine .
Complete these three process to see the last seen as latest date.
1.Initiate Software scan
2.Upload software scan
3.Perform import from BFI/ILMT console .
