I need your support to help me to calculate the licences for all the IBM products installed.
I am using BiFix 9.5.9. BFI 10.0.1.0. Scanner Version .2.2.1000. Scanner Version 9.2.2.1000. Catalog Version 2638678
At the level of BFI and All IBM Metrics, I only have the PVU metric type that returns data (Quantity), the other metrics types don’t return any information <n/a> while for this Product several componenet are installed at the level of our server park
Can you tell me how to activate and calculate automatically for example the following metrics: Current User, Terabyte, Client Device
