BFExtractToCSV.exe Timeout

I am running into an issue where the query I am executing with BFExtractToCSV.exe is timing out. It works fine in the Session Relevance Tester application, it just takes about 10 minutes to execute. Would it be possible to add a timeout switch as a command line option to BFExtractToCSV.exe? If this is not possible to do quickly it looks as though it is a PERL script converted into an EXE, would it be possible to get the source script? If not I will develop my own process where I can control the SOAP timeout, I just did not want to have to reinvent the wheel.

After trying this via Web Reports as well as the Excel Connector, the query generated by those products would complete in about 5 seconds. So, I ended up optimizing my query. Please disregard this post.
