BESWebreportServer Service has stopped and we don’t know why. when I try to start it again an error message appear.
“The service did not start due to logon failure” - What does this means?

From the message, it sounds like the Web Reports service is configured to log on as a user account, and the password on the account is incorrect or the account does not have the “Log on as a service” right.
Check the Services manager.
Ah yes, as I remembered, the Domain Admin account that we are using to login to the Server, can’t login right now.
I will check it with the Team.
