Our Company has bought Tivoli EndPoint Manager License，and currently we need to newly install a Server and shutdown the older TEM server，I installed all the related program on the new server，now the key problem occurs，I stopped all the bes and SQL related services，the move the database of the newly install TEM server to other place and copy the older server’s TEM database to this same directory then I start all the related services，the problem is the BESRootServer after few minutes stopped，when this service is running，but it doesn’t listening to 52311 port，so BESRootServer crashes，newly server installation failed，anybody who can help me with this problem，thanks。
我们公司买过TEM软件license，最近遇到tem服务器需要迁移，之后将老机器下架关机，我在新服务器上安装了相关TEM软件，但头疼的问题出现了，安装完成后，停止TEM和SQL的相关服务，然后把原服务器的数据库拷贝到当前机器上对应的位置来，重启服务后，BesrootServer几分钟内就停止了，在这个服务运行的时候，我发现他并没有监听52311端口，因此相当于整个TEM都无法使用，谁能帮帮忙，谢谢。
