BESEmailer.exe returned non-zero exit code when mailserver is unavaila

Hi,

We’ve noticed that when BES tries to send out reports via e-mail, and the e-mail server that it uses is unreachable (i.e. offline), it will disable the activity that sends out the reports.

Question: how can I prevent BES from automatically disabling this activity? I’d like for BES not to care about whether or not the e-mailserver is reachable or not (at least, I don’t want it to stop sending them forever unless I re-enable the activity again). This happened a couple of times and it always takes a few days before we realize that it happened.

Any ideas?
