Hi, I am getting error in webreport while sending schedule report.my bigfix install on Linux OS.
Please help to fix the issue

You should probably open a Support Incident. We’ll need a lot more detail about your configuration, mail server logs possibly, and the Forum isn’t well-suited for private data.

Thanks for reply, We have checked at SMTP server, they are not getting any hits from Bigfix server.please suggest anything I can check on bigfix server

Can you connect using the expected port?
Plain SMTP is remarkably insecure and telnet will get you in.
There may have been hardening work on the SMTP box or anywhere along the network

I am able to telnet the SMTP server, but still webreport have issue
