We are seeing instances where the BESClient is not copying all of the files from BESData’s __UISupport folder into the user’s AppData ClientUI folder (C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\BES\ClientUI).
The only file that gets copied is the __currentDashboard.html. All of the XLAT from the Agent and any additional files/folders in the __UISupport are not being copied over.
This really didn’t start appearing until we upgraded to version 9.5.9 and we are seeing this on Windows systems only so far.
Has anyone seen issues like this?
