BESClientUI.exe permanently crashes

On my Windows 10 machine the BESClientUI.exe permanently crashes. Version 9.5.2.6.

Eventviewer shows (sorry, partly in german;-):

Any suggestions ?

I’d suggest opening a PMR as we’d need information including the crash dumps of the process to determine what might be wrong. I haven’t seen any issues before, what version of Windows 10 are you using?

Checked the version:
Windows 10, Version 1511 (build 10586.494)

Since there’s no known issue with BESClientUI on Windows 10, it would be better to go through PMR and support process.
This way, support team will be able to better investigate the crash, analyzing log and dump files.
Have you already opened a PMR for this?
