i have a server which shows IBM Bigfix Client version 9.2.6.94 installed, but i see no BESclient service. and the server looks dim in the console. Is there a fix for the service ?
I would probably run an uninstall of the BigFix client and replace it.
I’d also recommend looking at the logs of the BigFix client on the server to see when it stopped working and maybe to see if something happened to the agent.
How long ago did it report? It can grey out if it is very busy so your “grey” time might be shorter than its evaluation time
it appears since Dec 2 2015 right after the client was upgraded
OK yeah thats a while. If there is a log file still there you might want to look at it and see why it stopped before removing it
