New Bigfix installation. Running 10.0.1.41 with RHEL and Ubuntu clients. W’ve found that our Ubuntu clients are not reporting in at regular intervals. At 8:45 this morning, I have 2 systems which last reported in during the 10:00pm hour, 2 during the 11:00 hour and then 1 about a half hour ago. The Log file fo that system is below.

The RHEL systems are working just fine. All are using the server as the relay. I have a relay setup and automatic selection of relays turned on. I have a case with support but nothing has because of it. Wondered if anyone has seen this before?
