There is any way to restrict the BES Support Site for any user?
Yes, but be very careful. I made the mistake to yank the entire site from a certain user role and it broke the console - apparently, there certain things they need to see for sure for the console to even work. Not sure if that is still the case as when I tried it was good few years ago but worth doing it in a DEV environment or something first to be safe. There is now also Advanced System Option called defaultHiddenFixletSiteIDs which can help you but again, BES Support site is tricky and you may impact the functionality of the console, so be careful.

Correct, the console and many other components require BES Support to function. Some people globally hide fixlets within it to prevent NMO’s from taking actions etc if that helps as mentioned.
