Do I need (best practices) to by default install any BES Support Fixlets that appear to be required? Is it a matter of determining if necessary like a particular patch or, should I consider them all required from an operational perspective?
I don’t think you have to install everything that’s applicable in BES Support. I think you have to be smart about it and see if it makes sense to apply. I’d pay more attention to stuff that has WARNING in it’s title though.
Also not everything BES Support has an actual action to “install”. For example, the “WARNING: BES Client Computer is Low on Disk Space” doesn’t actually have an action to automatically clear stuff on endpoints for you, but recommends that you ought to go look at those endpoints and check out what’s happening.
