Getting HTTP Error: 28 Timeout was reached when downloading anything from the BES Support site.
All other content for example Patches for Windows is working fine.
Is this an external issue, or where should i be looking locally to troubleshoot.
Have to assume this isnt an internal proxy issue as some external (non cached) content is working fine.
Do you have more details on which URLs you’re seeing the timeouts? Perhaps a specific file or file type?
I’ve not been able to replicate this across any of the sync servers.
That URL is downloading just fine for me. Are you able to download/cache it manually?
i can cache it locally ok
