BES Server Plugin service

why this service is not running and hidden although i am login with administrator account … i also run bes server plugin task through bigfix.

and in the path to executable there is no mfs.exe available.

Have you attempted to rectify the BES Server Plugin Service issues using the provided content in the “BES Support” external site? I’m not familiar with your implementation, but perhaps follow these steps will help you:

Check that the “Install BES Server Plugin Service” fixlet (ID=708) is not relevant to your root BES server.
Check the “BES Server Plugin Service is not Configured Correctly” fixlet (ID=841) and execute if relevant.
Action the “Uninstall BES Server Plugin Service” fixlet (ID=751) to your root BES server and then re-run the “Install BES Server Plugin Service” fixlet (ID=708).

If the above three troubleshooting steps do not resolve your issues, then it may be necessary to open a support request with L2.

Did you pull the BESClient logs from the root BES server to review the details of this failed action? More details regarding the action failure is needed.
