BES Root server service stops automatically everyday

Hello BigFixers,

The BES root server service stops daily in the morning due to some unknown reasons.
This is the issue that i am facing past 4 days now, before this period the bes root server service was working fine.

I have also attached the screenshot for reference from Event Viewer:

Server version : 10.0.4.32

You’ll want to open a support ticket for that. I’m sure they’ll have you enable debugging.

There is a known issue with 10.0.4 and certain Proxy configurations that can cause a crash, with a hotfix available if this applies in your case. Please open a support incident so the team can check whether this applies to you.

I have opened a PMR and have also got the HotFix.

I’ll put up an update if the HotFix worked or not :smile:
