I just performed a certificate upgrade on my seerver. How can I tell the clients received the new license? The relevance I found comes back with “Error: No inspector context.” Just want to verify the clients received it…

Hey jpeppers,

Some inspectors can only be run from inside the BigFix Agent. “No inspector context” usually is an error that you when you try to run these in QnA.

There are a few machines that have not received the new license. Is there a way to do a force on that?

They will gather the new license as soon as they get the latest version of the action site. Probably they just haven’t checked in yet.

check client log file it shall help u to debug
