Unable to install BigFix Server as during installation getting a timeout error when validation of License Authorization file takes place. Receiving the same timeout error when trying using the BES License Request Handler at http://support.bigfix.com/bes/forms/BESLicenseRequestHandler.html with an error message: “Timed out waiting for response from LicenseServerBackend”.

Can anyone provide any assistance with this issue?

is it a trial license or Production license ???

Check Internet connection. If proxy is there then configure proxy settings in the instillation tab.
