BES Gather Error (Error 26)

Hi,

My BES Server is acting well normally, but has recently been stuck trying to gather the SCM Reporting site. I checked the logs and have the following:

etc etc etc - this goes on for quite a while.

Can anyone suggest a fix here? I’ve tried clearing the console’s cache.

I’m on Win2k3 with version 7.2.1.357, if it helps

Hmm… try stopping GatherDB service, deleting that specific folder that it mentions, and restart the service… If that doesn’t help, you should probably contact support.
