BES endpoint reportedly appearing in console as dup record

HI All, I am facing an issues where in a server reportedly coming as a duplicate recrord on BES console.I have installed 9.5.11 and removed the old reference but it took some time and appeared on the console as dup record. Is there something i should be doing to have the dup record removed? Ty

Please do check the IP addresses of the duplicate records on console to be sure that there is not other workstation with the same hostname on the network. Moreover, you can use the BESAdmin tool (removecomputers option) to delete duplicated,expired or deleted from console computers.

Yes, I found to have 2 servers with different IP’s with same hostname. We shall get the hostname corrected and that will resolve the concern. Thank you for responding.
