Bes Console is forced to exit if network connection is lost

Is there any way to prevent the console from forcing an exit if the network looses connectivety to the Database? An example would be working within the console on my local machine and getting called to a meeting with my machine. I have also experience brief network outages that forces the console to be closed. The time for the console to reload can be painful. Currenly using 7.2.5.22 and will upgrade to 8.1 next week. Has this been addressed?

I believe this will be fixed in our next platform release (8.2)

It’s also worth pointing out that the 8.x Console loads

much

faster than the 7.x Console. This is not a fix for the root problem, but it makes it easier to live with for a time.

Is there a 8.2 release area? Beta site, forum, mailing list, etc?
