Bes client service getting stopped and showing missing action site masthead client shutdown error in bes client logs. Masthead is SHA256 - signed and working for other endpoints
Hey Pawan, can you give us a bit more context around this please? Does it happen during actions or just randomly?
Are you able to share a snippet of the agent logs for us?
This can happen occasionally if the masthead file becomes corrupt. You can resolve it by copying a working masthead file from a healthy endpoint and replacing it on the affected client. After restarting the BES Client service, the machine should start reporting normally again.
