BES Client "not reported" on BES Console

When I have run Gather Status Report services then I have received message failed as below:

Error Message: 11: Gather failed - Empty Directory Listing Error: http://172.16.18.204:52311/cgi-bin/bfgather.exe/actionsite

Hi Quynhd,

If you are able to, try logging into the BES Console as a Master Operator and taking an action. Alternatively, try creating a user in BES Admin.

It looks like your ‘actionsite’ hasn’t been initialized correctly, deploying an action as a Master Operator or hitting ‘Apply’ in BES Admin will initialize the actionsite.
