I searched through the support, but in the older posts of 2010, they mentioned that there is no BES Client for BlackBerry and IPhones. Has there been any development by IBM since then to provide a BES Client for thes eendpoints?

Yes.
And I would love to talk about them… but IBM rules prevent my from discussing specifics until things are officially announced… (In fact, I bet I can get in trouble for this post…)
Check with your sales rep and they should be able to get a better answer for you than I can say publicly…
