BES Client & BES Relay not reflecting after BES Server Upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded the BES Server from BES 7.1.2 to BES 7.2 version.

But we are facing an issue, that even though the BES Client Services are running in the PC’s but we are unable to see the PC in our BES Server Web Console.

I have tried restarting the Services but still it is not getting reflected.

Please guide me as to how to resolve this issue.

Hey Aakashk,

The first thing we would want to check would be the basics:

  • What is the refresh interval on the web reports?
  • Does other data appear to be updated properly?
  • Are you using a user that has the permission to see all the computers?

If that all looked good, we would probably clear the cache on the web reports and restart.

If you continue to have an issue, it is probably best to contact support and they can look at the issue with you.
