BES and Windows Server 2008 Core

I searched the forums and could not find an answer to this:

Can the BES client be installed on Windows Server 2008 Core to be used for patch management? I found information that it is supported on Server 2008 but nothing specific about the “Core” version. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

It should work on all Windows Server 2008 editions as far as I’m aware.

All BigFix supported clients should work… currently we support versions 5.1 and higher
