Is there a way with the BES Admin UI to customize it? For example, create a UI for the User Id administrators to only see the “User Management” tab and not see the others? This is for the TEM 8.1 product.

Nope… but you can use the commandline tools at: http://forum.bigfix.com/viewtopic.php?id=1842
