Hello Everyone,
Figured I’d post a question finally, I have enough of them
I have a question in regards to Baselines and “Post Action Options”, specifically options that involve prompting for PC restarts, or forcing a restart. From what I understand, these options apply to the group of fixlets in the baseline as a whole, so all relevent fixlets need to be remediated before the post action option is kicked off. With that being said, is the post action initiated the moment that the “last” fixlet in the Baseline is rememdiated or does it wait for the Multiple Action Group file to be evaluated again by the client? I’m testing with a 5.0 agent and it appears that the reboot isn’t prompted for until the baseline file is evaluated for a second time, which sometimes is up to 15 minutes after the “last” patch is already finished applying.
Is this the expected behavior? I plan on also testing with a 6.0 agent, but just wanted to run it by the group to see if this is how baselines are designed.
