Baseline start time - End time

Hello, I was wondering if any one has experience on how the End time for a baseline is calculated an presented in the Big fix console.

this is my scenario
Baseline A with 20 Patches
Start time 19
the log reads
At 21:22:29 +0000 -
ActionLogMessage: (action:3379) ending group action (completed)

At 22:35:16 +0000 - Enterprise Security (http://sync.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/bfgather/bessecurity)
Fixed - 4042076: Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1 for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 - Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 - .NET Framework 3.5.1 - KB4040980 (x64) (fixlet:404207621)
After that nothing happens on the server, hence I am assuming that there is nothing else to do.

The server in the GUI reports the end time as: 03/02/2018 21:22:29

Baseline B with 23 Patches (same 20 as above plus 3)
Start time 19
the log reads:
At 21:55:09 +0000 -
ActionLogMessage: (action:4031) ending group action (completed)

At 23:25:40 +0000 - Enterprise Security (http://sync.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/bfgather/bessecurity)
Fixed - MS17-OCT: Security Only Quality Update - Security Only - Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 - KB4041678 (x64) (fixlet:404167803)

Question here is…why in scenario B the end time is reported as 7 hours (aprox) after the ending action group date/time?

Any one knows why the behavior or better yet, what part of the log will trigger the end time on Big FIX gui?

If the action requires a reboot, the status won’t change to “Complete” until the reboot occurs. In the meantime it remains with status “Pending Restart”.

In the client log, you can look for the line that says "Fixed - " along with the baseline name and id number, that should correspond with the “complete” time reported in the console.

Baseline A and Baseline B do not contain any restart command.
The restart command is set to a day later.

In that sense, I should have seen both base line end of time at the same date an hour (as both scenarios are rebooting same day same hour)

Also none of the logs in Scenario A or Scenario B have the line that you mention.

I’m afraid I’m out of ideas then, you may need to open a PMR for further log analysis.

Quick question though - are the servers and the console configured in the same time zone?
