Baseline is Relevant but Components are not

I have a baseline which is supposed to perform some post-imaging configuration changes that cannot be placed into the image or into group policy.

Everyone is relevant to the baseline, but when I deploy it to everyone, the result is “Not relevant.”

Here’s the relevance for the baseline "Windows of operating system"
Each component has its own relevance as an individual fixlet.

Why?

Thanks. I checked all of the fixlet’s/task’s boxes and everyone is still relevant until it comes time to execute the baseline’s fixlets or tasks. Check box doesn’t seem to do much.

That seemed to do it. It took time to catch up w/the server.
