Baseline becomes not relevant when applicablity relevance is added

Hi team,

I am creating a baseline and i am putting the applicablity relevance as

exists relevant fixlets of sites whose("Fixlet Site" = type of it AND "Enterprise Security" = name of it)
The relevance while evaluating on the systems evaluates to true but the baseline never becomes relevant.

Any idea on this?

Did you try enabling below option for each component.
