Our baseline shows that there are 16 applicable computers, however, it only shows 5 computers in the actual tab. It’s been like this for 3 days since we deployed the updates. What do I need to do to get the correct count?
Are you using a non-MO account?
I wonder if there are other devices that the account doesn’t have access to and the console is showing the count considering those other devices.
No, my account is a Master Operator account.

What version of BigFix are you running? I did find a very old note about a similar behavior but it was a bit over four years ago…
We are on 11.0.2.125.
