Baseline action with Master Operator is not deploying

Hello All,
I am going through a strange issue.
I have created baseline with few components (available in custom site) and trying to develop with baseline relevance with dynamic target with automatic group.
Action is not becoming applicable, not sure why it’s behaviour is strange.
But in baseline applicable machines are showing.
Same relevance I am taking custom action, it’s becoming relevant.

Same baseline if we take action with non-master operator. It’s working.
Please advise, what would be the issue.

Are the computers in question subscribed to the custom site where the baseline lives? If not, this would be your issue.

Yes, computers are subscribed to custom site.

Send an empty Custom Action targeted dynamically to the group and see whether the clients process it.

Yes, tried that. It worked perfectly.

Ok, that tells us a lot. Your actionsite is propagating correctly, and the clients are seeing the new action.

Are your Baseline Components Fixlets, or Tasks, and do the have the “Include this component in baseline relevance” checkbox selected? By default only Fixlets are included in baseline relevances, not Tasks; so a baseline with one Fixlet and three Tasks should (by default) only be applicable if the Fixlet is applicable on the target l.

Yes, the check box I have made unchecked and it’s evaluated all components fixlets and task.
Something is causing this issue. It’s strange.
