We have two images on OSD Server Win7 and Win10. When we use baremetal deployment to deploy any one image on HP laptops it works fine. But when we deploy on Dell laptops specially Latitude 3470 and 5450 it getting failed with invalid driver path…Please find screenshot attached.
Any one faced this issue ? Any suggesion why only failing on Dell laptops 3470 & 5450.
Driver selection/binding is my biggest headache with BigFix OSD.
If you haven’t already, I would import the driver pack for those models you have issues with
Have you used the Check Drivers tab on that specific image?
Navigate to the Check Drivers tab and select the correct image & OS then Run driver check (note: you may need to manually bind drivers for both WinPE “image” and for the Windows Images)
Ensure there are no driver issues there
If you don’t see any driver issues reported, I would specifically identify the driver that you are missing by version & date, then do a manual binding for that model & OS.
From your screen shot, I’m guessing you are missing some drivers or bindings for the Win7 or Win10 as opposed to WinPE.
