When looking at the “Bare metal OS Deployment Server Manager” dashboard, we have one system reporting with the DHCP status of “Inactive” I cannot seem to find any information on this status or what it means. Any ideas?

I forgot to add.
It does appear that everything else is running on the server. I am able to sync the profiles and drivers. I can also access the web page for the OSD server.
Hi,
this is meant to indicate the presence (or, in your case, absence) of a DHCP server on the subnet where your bare metal server is located.
DHCP server is a prerequisite for Bare Metal deployments in OSD.
It is just an indicator and does not have any effect, so if you have a DHCP properly configured the deployment will work nonetheless.
If you think this flag is reporting inaccurate information, we can analyze why this happens.
Thanks
