We are in the process of configuring BigFix in our environment, but came across an issue.
All of our servers (prod and non-prod) for Sterling B2B Integrator are all classified the same. We aren’t seeing them split between prod and non-prod like we do for the Sterling Secure Proxy.
A vendor did the initial install and configuration of our software, so we are trying to get a handle on the licensing and better understand it.
Is there a way to re-classify the software as non-production without re-installing the software?
Very new to all of this, appreciate any help we can get.
