Implementing SN Dataflow we have encountered a situation I am not seeing a cause or fix for. None of our Azure VMs have correlated.
We have 1200+ on-prem physical and VMWare computers that have correlated using the default identityproperty of “IP Address | ip_address” and the only filter in place is to only include currently “install_status=1”.
They are all 10.0.7 clients, install_status=1 and the IP Addresses have been discovered and populated correctly in ServiceNow so the correlating data is there but none of the ~200 VMs that are in Azure have shown up and none have any “CMDBData-*” file in the mailbox.
Does having the Azure plugin configured block or disable ServiceNow Dataflow?
