AutoPatch Policy fails to trigger actions

Good morning,

Recently we’ve introduced auto-patching to our more simple environments that require patch + reboot. In the past few days the policy fails to trigger any action at the appointed time.

Our policy is to pre-cache for 4 hours and apply updates at 1 AM UTC for 8 hours. These are Windows 2012 R2 and 2016. Reboot immediately after patching concludes.

I’ve had these patch policies for about 2 months now with no issues previously.

Any ideas how I can troubleshot or do I need a PMR?

I would suggest that a Support Request is warranted here, yes.

But you might also consider having a look at the autopatch.log within ..\WebUI\logs.

Thank you. We pulled the logs and will proceed with a PMR. Thank you.

Found the issue.

Master Operator permissions were removed from account. If the last ID activated the policy, it will fail with a missing user error.
