Automation Plan -Action Issue

Hello All,

I have created an Automation Plan with four sub-task (A,B,C and D). When I trigger the action all the task runs twice. I’m unsure what went wrong here…

As you see in above screenshot A task is running twice and once it is completed other “B,C,D” will also run twice.

How can we make sure that one task is executed single time ?

Any input would be appreciated…

Are the same machines targetted in both actions? It may create a separate action for each relevant computer.

Yes on both the action same machine is targeted.
