Automation Group with only 1 "computer name equals" doesn't show the computer (it's online)?

Automation Group with only 1 "computer name equals" doesn't show the computer? I’ve rebooted the client, it shows updating “Last Report Time”. I can see it in “Computers” also. Even being paranoid I’ve tried “computer name contains” with the first 4 letters, and lots of machines with those same letters show, but not that one.

Should I reinstall the bigfix agent on the machine maybe?

Is the automatic computer group in a site that the Client in question subscribes to?

Thanks Aram, it was in the same site. Trouble shooting things with no access to the server. Ended up getting the client on the phone and walking through restarting the bf client. That didn’t fix it, but reboot did. Thanks everyone!
