On the BigFix console I created an automatic group that contains several hundred servers. If run a fixlet against the group there are a couple servers that I don not wnt to have the fixlet run against. Is there a way to temporally remove these servers or deactivate them in the group ?
Automatic groups run by relevance rules. The computers make the decision to be in the group or not based on the relevance that defines the group. You could modify the group rule so the several servers evaluate FALSE for the group relevance.
You could create a manual group and target your action there. Manual groups allow for the manual modification of membership.
You could add an additional constraint in the Take Action Dialog that avoids the several servers for that action only.
