Automatic Group/Custom Site Discrepancy

I have a custom site and an automatic group within that same custom site. I have the same relevance for both the custom site and the automatic group (each system has a property ID=001). The custom site has 30 windows 2012 subscribed computers. However, the automatic group has only 29 subscribed computers. For some reason 1 system will not subscribe to the automatic group. I’ve tried modifying the relevance to explicitly add that system by name and it still will not subscribe. Has anyone else experienced this? I would appreciate any suggestions.

I created a new automatic group within the same site with the same relevance as the existing auto group and all systems are reporting as expected. Odd. Not sure what happened to the existing group but at least i have a workaround/solution.
