Is Auto remediation possible in big fix ?
If I add new machine to particular group it should install all missing windows patches at once. Is that possible with bigfix.

Yes.
You can create an Automatic Group, when the machine comes online it will become part of the group assuming it fits the correct profile.
Separate from that you create a Baseline that contains all the patches you are interested in. Finally, target that Baseline at the Automatic Group and make sure the action does not expire (make it a “policy” rather than a one time action).
