Hi Team,
We have registered for the “ESU Patching Add-on for Windows 2012” site and established an Auto Patch Policy through WebUI, specifically targeting our Windows 2012 servers. It’s important to mention that these servers already possess an active ESU license.
However, we are currently encountering an issue where the Auto Patch Policy does not retrieve any patches from the ESU site. Presently, we are manually transferring patches to a custom site to carry out patching via the Policy. Could someone assist me in resolving this matter so that patches are fetched directly from the ESU External site?
